Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you didn't buy the item online, we will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. We can provide a quote for the return shipping cost, or you may choose to use your preferred carrier to return your order. The return cost varies based on the size of the box and region you are shipping from.

If a basket set is returned but the customer chooses to keep one item from the set, the full price of the kept item will be charged, along with the cost of return postage.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Sample Items
All sample products are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at shop@basketly.co, and we will do our best to make the exchange as seamless as possible. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item(s). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@basketly.co.
