Our Story

We work closely with traditional weavers to bring absolutely on trend baskets and rugs that are both practical and beautifully decorative. 

Handmade using 100% natural fibres and time-honoured techniques, our versatile products work in classic and contemporary spaces and come in a wide selection of sizes, designs and shapes. 

We love sourcing and designing our products and pride ourselves on bringing unique, beautiful baskets and rugs to style loving Americans.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are your baskets measured?

Please read the product description for each item. Most of our measurements are in the order of Length x Width x Height or Width x Height. The measurements are given in inches and are taken from the outside edge of the basket, a handle height will be given if the handle is fixed.

Due to the products being handmade, the sizes and colors may vary. Sizes may vary between 2-3" in height or width. Should you require an exact size, please contact us. 

Do you make custom product sizes?

Custom baskets take 4-6 months depending on our production run. If you are looking for a specific size, please contact us.

Which size basket should I buy to fit my plant's pot?

If buying a basket for your plant, you will need to buy a basket slightly bigger than your pot size. For example, if you have a 3 gallon pot, which is 11" W x 9.5" H, you will need to buy a basket that is at least 13" W x 11" H or bigger depending upon the type of your plant. 

If your plant is very heavy, we do not suggest the Natural Pot Stand.

Are your baskets lined with plastic?

Our Pot Stands are lined with plastic, for the other items, we recommend using a plastic bag and a drip tray. Always water your plants outside of the baskets to avoid water damage.

I am struggling to add the correct product size to cart?

Please check your browser. If you are using Internet Explorer, unfortunately, Shopify no longer supports IE, as Microsoft has moved from IE and suggests users to use Microsoft Edge. Can I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent your tracking number and the link to the courier company's tracking system. Should you have any issues, please feel free to contact us. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders should arrive between 3-5 business days countrywide. Please calculate public holidays, as will affect this time frame. 

How do I cancel my order?

Only orders that have not been fulfilled can be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, please see our refund policy for more information. 

Do you offer wholesale prices?

We only offer wholesale prices to physical stores. Please contact us for more information.

Do you have a showroom?

Not at this time. Please contact us and we will be happy to schedule an appointment to come show you our products.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, not at this time.
